30-day money-back promise. If a GrandGuides guide doesn't help you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked, no forms to fill in.

How to ask for a refund

Email indiemarketingarsenal@proton.me from the address you bought with. Tell us which guide you bought. That's it — we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

The details

Card payments: Refunded to your original payment method via Stripe.
Bitcoin payments: Refunded in USD value at the time of purchase, sent to a Bitcoin address you provide, or as a free replacement guide — your choice.
After 30 days: We're still happy to help: if something in a guide doesn't work for you, email us and we'll walk you through it personally.
